Practicing what they preach

Training is at the heart of what they do. From cliff rescues to water safety, they regularly practice to ensure their ready for any situation.

Newbiggin Team trains together every Tuesday whatever the weather or light level, after all they get called out at all times of the day and night year round.

They also train with their flank teams of Blyth and Amble as often two teams are paged depending on the situation.
