About

Elaine commenced her appointment as Town Clerk and Responsible Financial Officer in May 2021, having previously been our Deputy Clerk since November 2017.

Elaine is a Principal Member of the Society of Local Council Clerks and an advanced qualified Clerk having obtained both CiLCA and the Community Governance Cert HE. She is currently studying for the Foundation Degree in Community Governance.

Leanne joined the team in November 2021 as Assistant Clerk and Projects Officer.  She has successful undertaken the Introduction into Local Council Administration (ILCA) qualification.
