A partial seasonal dog ban on Newbiggin Bay came back into effect on May 1. In 2011 Northumberland County Council first put in place an exclusion order on dogs accessing parts of beaches at Newbiggin (and Blyth) over the summer months. Dogs are also not allowed in any enclosed children’s play areas all year round. […]
