Newbiggin RNLI Grant
On 15th July 2026 during the Finance and HR Committee, a grant request from Newbiggin RNLI of £300 was agreed. This was to fund activities for the Annual Lifeboat Day that was held on Sunday 2nd August 2026.
Cllr Jan Casey, Chair of Newbiggin by the Sea visited RNLI Newbiggin Lifeboat Station and presented a cheque on Tuesday 8th September 2026.
The RNLI is a charitable organisation dedicated to saving lives at sea! Powered primarily by kind donations, their search and rescue service have been saving lives for 200 years!
