Is your allotment your absolute pride and joy? Have you grown the most impressive veggies, created a haven for local wildlife, or built the ultimate peaceful plot?
It’s time to show off your hard work! The Allotment Award 2026 is officially open for entries, and it will be judged by the experts themselves at the Newbiggin Allotment Association.
Whether you want to put your own plot forward or nominate a neighbour whose garden is a masterpiece, we want to hear from you!
How to Enter:
- Drop an email to Ask@newbiggintowncouncil.gov.uk with:
- Your name (or the name of the plot holder you are nominating).
- The allotment site and plot number.
- A quick note letting the Association know you’d like to put the plot forward for judging.
Closing Date: Wednesday, 15th July 2026.
