Flags

Newbiggin by the Sea Town Council will fly the Union Flag and Newbiggin Coastgaurd are flying the Royal Ensign within the Memorial Park, Front Street.

Both flags will remain at half mast, being raised to full mast on Saturday at 11am for Proclamation Day.  They will return to half mast after the local Proclamation Day on Sunday and remain as such until 9am on the day after the Funeral.
