Our Annual Newbiggin Festival Dolphin Watch Exhibition takes place at the Newbiggin Maritime Centre from 26th-28th August 11am-3pm each day. In addition we will have a special sandart created by Soul2Sands from 3pm on the beach outside the Maritime Centre on 25th August. We will be celebrating achieving 25000 members of Dolphin Watch as part of the Festival which will also include Rockpool School on Sunday 27th August and displays by BDMLR. Any outdoor activities will be weather dependent. The event is free of charge. Come join us and learn more about our dolphin visitors who have now made their home on the north east coastline in the last 10 years and who are a popular attraction during the summer months.
