Join a two-hour guided walk along the shore at Newbiggin North Beach – an incredibly special site for a large variety of different shorebird species.

Meeting at Church Point car park at 10am, the group will head north along the shore towards Beacon Point, taking your time to watch the wildlife  encountered along the way.

No prior knowledge is required, and during the event the group will discuss why Newbiggin is so important for shorebirds, as well as talk  though some of the common wader species and give tips on how to identify them.
