Did you know that mindfulness can help with anxiety and sleep amongst other things?

Why not come to our session on Sunday 11th August 10am-12noon and find out how.

Learn all about mindfulness, learn some of the practices, and receive a pack to take home with what was done in the session and also extra practices you can do at home.

£12 for the session, tea, coffee & water are available, but please feel free to bring your own refreshments.
