At a meeting of the Town Council, held Thursday 14th February, Members agreed to cancel the project to refurbish the Public Conveniences near the Cresswell Arms. The decision was made in light of new information that had been received and increased revenue costs that had not been budgeted for.
As provided within legislation, six electors of the parish have called a Parish Meeting to take place on the evening of Monday 18th February 2019. The official notice of meeting is displayed within the noticeboard at the Quay Wall Piazza.
